The existing premises can be reviewed to establish which areas and fittings require removal and which elements should remain. The scope can be organized according to the existing floor plan, helping to distinguish the areas included in the strip-out from retained fixtures or sections of the property.
Deposit & Project Arrangement
The displayed website price is a project deposit used to initiate the appointment and requirements review. It is not the final project price. Once the deposit has been received, the premises, existing fittings, proposed removal areas, access conditions, and clearance requirements can be discussed before the final quotation is provided.
