Service Process

GOLD DIRECT LTD follows a clear service workflow. From the initial submission of requirements to the completion of interior demolition and clearance, every stage is based on the agreed project scope and actual site conditions. The following outlines our general service process; specific timelines may vary depending on project scale, property conditions, and the nature of the work.

  1. Project Request Submission

Clients begin by submitting project details via our website, including property type, address, specific rooms or areas involved, demolition details, clearance requirements, and any other relevant specifications.

To ensure we fully understand the project, clients should provide accurate and complete information. Any special site conditions should also be noted at the time of submission.

Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.

Upon receipt of the request, we will conduct a preliminary review and communicate further with the client if necessary.

  1. Confirmation of Project Requirements

After understanding the basic project details, we will confirm the specific scope of work with the client, including areas for demolition, interior fixtures to be removed, the extent of clearance, and any other client requirements.

If the information provided is insufficient to define the scope of work, we may request additional documentation or further discussion regarding site conditions.

  1. Quotation and Scope Confirmation

Once we have sufficient information, we will confirm the project quotation and scope of service based on the actual work involved.

Clients may ask questions regarding the project details, payment arrangements, and other relevant matters before confirming the quote. The project will only proceed to the scheduling stage once both parties have agreed upon the scope and associated costs.

  1. Online Payment and Scheduling

After confirming the project, clients can complete the payment online using the methods provided on the website and finalize the service schedule.

Scheduling is based on the date and time agreed upon by both parties. Clients must ensure reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure the work area is ready for operations as agreed.

  1. Pre-Service Preparation

Before the service begins, clients should ensure the relevant areas are ready for work and remove any personal belongings or other items that are not part of the service scope or need to be retained.

Clients should provide advance notice regarding any special requirements for property access, parking, key handover, or other site arrangements to avoid disrupting the scheduled appointment.

  1. Interior Demolition and Clearance Service

At the scheduled time, GOLD DIRECT LTD will carry out the interior demolition and clearance work in accordance with the agreed project scope. Services may include partial interior demolition, removal of old fixtures, clearing of designated areas, and related clearance work within the project scope. Specific details are subject to the confirmed project scope.

Typical service duration: Approximately 1–5 working days.

Small-scale or partial projects may be completed quickly, while projects involving multiple rooms, large areas, or complex demolition work may require more time. Actual completion time depends on site conditions and project scale.

  1. Changes to Project Scope

If significant discrepancies between site conditions and the information initially provided are discovered during the work, or if the client wishes to add new demolition or clearance tasks, these must be re-confirmed prior to execution.

Additional work may incur extra costs and alter the originally scheduled service duration. Work not mutually confirmed will not automatically be included in the original project scope.

  1. Project Completion

Upon completion of the work within the confirmed scope, we will conduct a final inspection based on actual project conditions and confirm the completion of the service.

If the client identifies any omissions regarding the originally confirmed scope, they should contact us promptly for further verification and resolution.

  1. Service Cancellation

Clients wishing to cancel a confirmed project must submit a cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

For cancellations made within the required timeframe—provided no irreversible costs have been incurred—eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time, or after work has commenced, may result in deductions from the final refund amount to cover costs already incurred for personnel scheduling, site preparation, transportation, or other reasonable expenses.
