The loft layout can be reviewed in advance to determine the areas included in the project and the elements that should remain. The working scope can then be arranged around the available access, existing finishes, and requirements of the planned renovation.

The displayed website price is a project deposit for initiating the service appointment and requirements discussion. It does not represent the final project cost. Following payment, the loft condition, access, removal areas, and clearance requirements can be reviewed before the final quotation and project scope are agreed.
